Your service will be governed by the Fund’s constitutional documents, Board Charter, role acceptance documents, conflict disclosure obligations, confidentiality obligations, and any resolutions or policies applicable to your appointment.

Your appointment will become effective only after the required acceptance and onboarding documents have been completed and the appointment has been confirmed by the authorized appointing authority.

Unless separate written authority is granted, this invitation does not authorize you individually to bind King Farming Agencies or the Anidaso Productive Fund, sign documents, approve expenditure, negotiate commitments, represent banking or land arrangements, promise participant outcomes, or issue public statements on behalf of the Fund.
