ANIDASO Governance Library

Status: Active Draft Owner: Governance Committee Classification: Internal Review Cycle: Annual

The Governance Library defines the authority, oversight, ethical standards, accountability systems, and institutional stewardship principles that guide ANIDASO Investment Fund under King Farming Management.

Governance Insight: Trust should not depend only on personality or verbal assurance. In ANIDASO, trust must be supported by structure, evidence, documentation, reporting, and accountable decision-making.

1. Constitution & Governance Handbook

The Constitution establishes ANIDASO’s foundational governance identity, institutional purpose, mission, vision, values, governance hierarchy, board authority, executive accountability, ethics, amendment procedures, and continuity principles.

2. Board Charter

The Board Charter defines the Board’s mandate, authority, fiduciary responsibilities, meeting structure, officer roles, committee oversight, board evaluation system, and executive accountability responsibilities.

3. Board Committee Charter Pack

The Committee Charter Pack establishes the Audit Committee, Finance and Treasury Committee, Governance and Nominations Committee, Risk Committee, ESG and Sustainability Committee, and Technology and Innovation Committee.

4. Governance Controls

Governance controls include the Delegation of Authority Manual, Conflict of Interest Policy, Whistleblower Protection Policy, and Governance Code of Conduct. These documents protect decision integrity and institutional accountability.

5. Governance Assurance

The Governance Compliance Manual defines policy reviews, compliance certifications, board evaluations, committee reviews, governance audits, reporting calendars, and governance maturity assessments.

Strategic Note: This Governance Center will later hold full downloadable PDF and DOCX versions of each document, with search indexing and cross-links into the Risk, Finance, Strategy, and ESG libraries.
